Authentication isn’t configured

This build has no Clerk publishable key, so it cannot sign anyone in. Set NEXT_PUBLIC_CLERK_PUBLISHABLE_KEY and rebuild.

Locally: pnpm dlx clerk@latest env pull. See docs/auth-and-access.md.
